The property offers a relaxing escape, especially after exploring nearby cave temples. The spacious rooms are comfortable and well-kept, with air conditioning-a must in this climate. The infinity pool provides a refreshing reprieve, perfect for unwinding after a day of activities. The staff, particularly Saranga and Sajith at breakfast, are friendly and attentive, serving generous portions to fuel your adventures. I also indulged in a full-body massage that left me rejuvenated. While the hotel excels in many areas, there are minor slips in maintaining complete consistency in luxury with aspects like check-in efficiency. For the price point, the value is quite compelling. If you're looking to explore Dambulla's attractions while enjoying decent amenities, Sundaras offers a great choice without breaking the bank. Just be prepared for some minor bumps along the way.
